Life as
a Work of Art

A five-week summer immersive for women in midlife who are ready to feel more alive inside the life they’ve built and more courageous in shaping what comes next.

You are not who people said you were.

You are not even who life may have required you to become.

You are so much more.

And something inside you knows that.

Life as a Work of Art is a five-week summer immersive for women in midlife who are ready to live with more beauty, trust, pleasure, courage and devotion.

It is an invitation to stop rushing past through your life and begin feeling fully inside it again.

Somewhere along the way, many of us become incredibly capable at carrying, solving, planning, anticipating and holding everything together. Our lives become full, but they can begin to feel less like something we’re creating and more like something we’re managing.

And still, something in you knows there is more.

More beauty to notice.

More love to let in.

More truth to honour.

More life to experience.

This is where we begin.

Over five weeks, we’ll gather live on Zoom, stay connected in a private WhatsApp group, and explore weekly invitations designed to help you bring these ideas into the way you live.

Perhaps you're in a chapter where you want your life to feel richer. You want to enjoy what you have worked so hard to build. You want to feel present for your mornings, your conversations, your work, your home, your people, your own reflection in the mirror.

You want to trust yourself more deeply. You want to honour your desires without explaining them away. You want your work to feel meaningful, your relationships nourishing, your home like a reflection of you, and your days filled with more moments that make you stop and think, this is my life.

A sunlit bedside corner with a stack of books, a small ceramic cup and a single dried stem in a sculptural vase beside rumpled linen bedding

You know there are gifts within you that haven't yet been fully expressed, and something in you is ready to create from a deeper place.

I've come to believe that every woman arrives here carrying something only she can bring into the world.

For some, that expression moves through the way they mother, lead, love, create, gather, mentor, build, beautify, nourish or make others feel in their presence.

No two lives will look the same, because each of us is here to bring something different into the world.

Your lifeis yourcreation.

Every day, through the choices you make, the conversations you have, the beauty you cultivate, the relationships you nourish and the courage you practice, you are shaping it.

The question isn't whether you're creating.

The question is whether you're creating consciously.

The ideas that guide my life.

Beauty changes us.

The spaces we create, the way we dress, the flowers on the table, the music we play, the care we bring to a meal - beauty is never superficial. It changes how we experience being alive.

You are a force of nature.

Nature doesn't question whether it deserves to bloom. It doesn't compare itself to the flowers beside it. It expresses itself fully, in its own way. You are invited to do the same.

Wildflowers blooming freely in a sunlit meadow, reaching upward without comparison

Support is part of expansion.

We don't wait until we're falling apart to receive support. We build support into the lives we are growing into.

Your intuition grows every time you honour it.

Each time you listen to the quiet knowing within you, it becomes easier to hear and trust.

Pleasure is part of your birthright.

The pleasure of fresh sheets, morning coffee, sunlight, touch, laughter, movement, beauty and rest are part of what makes life worth living.

You are a portal of creation.

The ideas, desires, gifts and visions moving through you are not random; they are part of what you came here to bring to life.

Perhaps you'll recognize yourself here.

This experience is for the woman who...

...knows there is another way she wants to experience her life.

...feels there is more within her waiting to be expressed.

...is ready to be surprised by what life reveals when she has the courage to follow the path that is uniquely hers.

...sees beauty as a way of living, not something reserved for special occasions.

...longs for conversations that leave her feeling expanded instead of depleted.

...wants to move through her days with more presence, more courage and more delight.

...is ready to honour what she knows, even when it asks something courageous of her.

...believes this next chapter deserves to be lived consciously.

Our Five Weeks Together

We’ll gather each week for conversations that invite you to see yourself, your life and your future with fresh eyes. Across the five weeks, we’ll weave together reflection, meditation, journaling, conversation and the ideas that have changed the way I move through the world, creating space for the kind of insights that remind you you’re not alone, and that there is more available to you than you may currently see.

Between our sessions, I'll share weekly invitations designed to help you experience your own life differently and move through it with more courage. You'll head into nature and pay attention in new ways. You'll create beauty in your home and in your everyday rituals. You'll notice moments of awe that might otherwise have passed you by. You'll experiment with honouring your intuition, your desires and your own rhythms. You'll take small but meaningful steps toward the truth you know, the visibility you're ready for, the conversation you've been avoiding, or the choice that feels like a fuller expression of who you are.

Throughout the five weeks, we'll stay connected inside a private WhatsApp group where I'll share reflections, voice notes and encouragement along the way. My intention is that this feels less like a course and more like walking through the summer together.

At the end of our time, those who are able will be invited to an optional in-person gathering, created and curated uniquely for the women who say yes. We’ll celebrate what has shifted, what has been created, and the lives we’re each continuing to shape long after the five weeks have come to an end. This gathering will be offered separately, so you can choose what feels right for you.

My hope is that five weeks from now, you'll...

Feel more alive inside your own life than you do today.

Be more deeply in love with who you are, the life you've built, and what is still possible for you.

Trust yourself more than you do today, making choices that feel aligned with the woman you're becoming.

Know what brings you alive and intentionally create more space for it in your everyday life.

Create more beauty in your home, your routines, your relationships and the ordinary moments that make up your days.

Have rituals and practices that help you return to yourself, again and again.

Feel a deeper connection to your creativity, whether it finds expression through your work, your relationships, your home, your family or the next chapter you're creating.

Leave with friendships, conversations and a way of seeing life that stays with you long after our final gathering.

Optional In-Person Gathering

An invitation to an optional in-person gathering will be extended during our time together. I'll create and curate the experience based on the women who join us and what naturally unfolds over the five weeks. We will land on the date before we begin the journey.

What's Included

When you join Life as a Work of Art, you'll receive:

  • Five live 60-minute virtual sessions
  • Weekly invitations designed to help you experience your own life more deeply between our gatherings
  • A private WhatsApp group with reflections, voice notes and conversation throughout the experience
  • Access to all session recordings
  • An invitation to an optional in-person gathering, offered separately

The invitations we'll explore aren't meant to become another set of rules to follow or habits to master. They're opportunities to notice what resonates, what awakens something within you, and what helps you create a life that is uniquely your own.

My guidance will shape the container, and some of the most meaningful insights will also emerge from the stories, wisdom and lived experience of the women in the room. Every woman arrives with something to teach and something to learn.

A note from me

Over the past two decades, I've come to believe that while we don't get to choose everything that happens to us, we do get to choose how we respond. We get to choose what we make of it. We get to choose who we become because of it.

This summer, my boyfriend Niraj and I are moving into a beautiful home together and blending our families. Even writing those words feels emotional, because I know how much life had to be lived, healed, risked, released and chosen for this chapter to be here.

Long before this moment arrived, I was learning to choose beauty, trust my intuition, receive support, and make decisions that reflected the woman I knew existed within me.

This home is one expression of that journey.

Life as a Work of Art is another.

I created this experience because I want more women to know what becomes possible when we begin living from that deeper place within ourselves. Life may not suddenly become perfect, but we begin making choices that feel clearer, more aligned and more rooted in who we are.

My intention is for these five weeks to become a turning point for you. That you'll leave with a stronger relationship with yourself, a deeper trust in your own wisdom, and a way of moving through your life that is uniquely yours.

I'd love to spend the summer with you.

With love,

Kena

A Few Things You Might Be Wondering

Is this for me?

Life as a Work of Art is for women in midlife who are ready to feel more alive inside the life they've built and more courageous in shaping what comes next. You don't need to be navigating a major transition or have everything figured out. If something in these pages has resonated with you, that's enough.

What if I can't attend every live session?

Every session will be recorded, so you'll be able to watch in your own time. That said, I encourage you to join us live whenever you can. There's something special about experiencing these conversations together.

I'm already a Supernova member. Is this different?

Yes. While the philosophy is deeply aligned with Supernova, this is a standalone five-week immersive with its own theme, practices and rhythm. Think of it as an intimate summer immersive where you'll have the space, support and practice to begin living these ideas in your everyday life. As a Supernova member, you'll also receive preferred pricing.

Will there be an opportunity to meet in person?

Yes. At the end of our five weeks together, I'll host an optional gathering for anyone who would like to continue the conversation in person. It will be offered separately so that women can choose what feels right for them, regardless of where they live.

I'd love to spend the summer with you.

If this experience feels like the invitation you've been waiting for, I'd be honoured to welcome you.
